Our aim is to prevent suicide and offer support and advice to those who are struggling with mental health difficulties.

This involves promoting awareness and education of the major issues associated with mental health such as self harm, suicidal related behaviour, drug and alcohol abuse, criminal behaviour and neglect and,  not forgetting isolation, and impulsive behaviour, which in extreme cases can result in suicide.

These are just some of the unhealthy coping strategies that affect mental health. Understanding the disorder,  regulating and controlling emotions is key to well-being and understanding the triggers.
