Isolation should not mean Isolated.

As survivors of suicide and living daily with our own mental ill health we are only too familiar with isolation, many of us have in the past and still use this as a coping mechanism, so, as the current global crisis has put some restrictions in place we must, as a community, as a nation, as a human being, stand together and support one another.
For those already suffering in silence, for those courageous enough to speak out, those who join M.O.M in raising awareness and for those, who have never experienced mental ill health, those now in situations they are no longer in control of, those small businesses closing, the people who are losing their jobs, homes, families and friends, our message is more important than it ever was.

The Mind Over Matter Projects remit is to PREVENT SUICIDE.

That’s why, we are still working within the community and our out-reach projects and have many different options for you to become involved in during this lock down period.

Isolation should not mean Isolated.
